WHY NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS - ![]()

If you simply do not show up for your order and do not cancel your order with us in advance we cannot offer a refund. ![]()

Too many years we have been stuck with orders, refunded customers, and have lost money. That dollar amount adds up for a family business. ![]()

If you place an order we are making that product especially for you. Yes, we can sometimes donate the product, refund the money, but we have lost that money we spend on ingredients and our employee’s time to make that product. ![]()

As we understand some frustration towards this rule we have please understand that we can’t take a loss each holiday on wasted product for those that just simply did not show up for their order. ![]()

Please call us in advance if you need to cancel an order and we will gladly refund you as needed. We cannot do this days after a no show.

All orders for 12/23, 12/24 and 12/31 have to be paid for at the time of placing the order. If you cannot pick up your order you need to cancel your order by 12/19 to receive a refund for 12/23 + 12/24. ![]()

PLEASE NOTE THE STORE YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER AT (double check with us when calling please!). You cannot pay for an order at one store and pick it up at another. We do not share orders amongst our stores. ![]()
