When people pick up a fresh roll, they see the finished product. What they donβt always see is the time, precision, and craftsmanship that goes into every single one.![]()

Here at the front end of our tunnel oven, each roll is carefully scored before baking. Those cuts are more than just appearance. They allow the bread to expand exactly where itβs supposed to while helping create the texture and consistency weβve become known for over generations.![]()

Before the rolls even begin baking, they pass through a steam zone that helps develop a beautiful glaze, locks in moisture, and ensures the crust bakes the way it was intended.![]()

From there, the rolls spend 15 to 17 minutes in the oven before moving through the cooling system, packaging area, and final quality checks.![]()

What surprises most people is that the process doesnβt begin when the bread enters the oven. From the mixer to the box, each roll is the result of nearly 40 hours of fermentation, preparation, baking, cooling, and packaging. Itβs a two day process designed to develop the quality, texture, and flavor that our customers have come to expect.![]()
